Giving back to our local military community is a large part of the TOSA mission. Each year, through various fundraising activities and our two boutiques, The Tidewater Collection and The Tidewater Collection Too, TOSA donates thousands of dollars to organizations that provide assistance to service members and their families in the Hampton Roads area.
