The Tidewater Collection and its sister boutique, The Tidewater Collection Too, offer unique and moderately priced gifts and accessories for every occasion. Since 1993, the Tidewater Officers' Spouses' Association (TOSA) has operated these non-profit boutiques with an all volunteer staff. All proceeds are donated to charities and organizations that support the military family.
The Tidewater Collection will re-open on January 19th, 2021 at our Ely Hall location.
Looking for an enjoyable, worthwhile and beneficial experience? Come and volunteer at one of our two boutiques: The Tidewater Collection and the Tidewater Collection Too. We are always looking for volunteers to help us in the shop and at special events, both on base and throughout the Hampton Roads area. No experience is necessary and training is provided. It's fun! It's rewarding! Volunteer benefits include: store discount when working, meeting and getting to know other volunteers & customers, and gaining valuable retail sales experience.
