A Letter From The President
Dear TOSA Members,
As we close out the 2025–2026 fiscal year, TOSA reflects on a year of meaningful growth, service, and community connection. Our membership reached 120 strong, representing a diverse cross section of the military community: 100 Navy, 9 Marine Corps, 3 Army, 2 Air Force, 2 Coast Guard, and 4 NATO members. This continued support underscores the strength and unity of our organization. This year also marked a small but meaningful milestone as we welcomed our first two male members, reflecting the evolving and inclusive spirit of our club.
We are especially proud of our philanthropic impact this year, distributing more than $14,000 back into our community. These contributions reflect the heart of TOSA. Members coming together to support, uplift, and make a difference in the lives of others.
Our membership includes 86 active-duty spouses, 33 retired , and 1 reserve-affiliated member, highlighting a well rounded and experienced group dedicated to service. As we look ahead to the 2026–2027 fiscal year, we are focused on continuing to grow our membership and expanding opportunities for involvement.
To sustain and build upon this momentum, we are actively seeking volunteers to serve alongside our board. Whether you have a little time or a lot, your involvement helps ensure TOSA remains a vibrant and impactful organization. We encourage all members to consider stepping forward and playing a role in shaping the year ahead.
